I've got the wrong address, what should I do?

It can happen to anyone! If you've noticed an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@skinorea.com. We'll do our best to update the address before your order is shipped.

If your order has already been dispatched, please contact the carrier you chose when you placed your order and try to change the address directly on their website.
Once an order has been dispatched, no further changes can be made on our side.

Where is my order?

To track the status of your order, you can use the tracking information we provide once your order has been shipped. If you have concerns about the delivery of your order, feel free to contact us at orders@skinorea.com for assistance.

 
I've got the wrong products, what can I do?

If you've accidentally ordered the wrong products, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@skinorea.com. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we may be able to make changes to your product selection. If your order has already been shipped, we will reach out to you and discuss possible options.

I received the wrong product, what should I do?

Oh no! We're really sorry for this mistake. Please contact us immediately at orders@skinorea.com with your order number and a description of the incorrect product you received. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

Do you have vegan products?

Absolutely! We offer a variety of vegan-friendly skincare products. You can find them in the “Vegan” collection on our website. It's important for us to offer our customers the opportunity to buy products matching their values.


Do you offer cruelty-free products?

Of course, we are proud to offer a range of cruelty-free products at Skinorea.  You can find them in the “Cruelty-free" collection on our website.

We're constantly updating our product range to provide the best selection for our customers. If you're searching for a specific product and it's not currently available, please let us know at hello@skinorea.com. What happens if I'm not satisfied with my product?

We want you to love your Skinorea experience! If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your product, please reach out to us at orders@skinorea.com within 14 days of your purchase. We'll guide you through the process to ensure your satisfaction.


Do you have a refund policy?

Yes, we do! We offer a hassle-free refund policy within 14 days of the purchase date. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team at orders@skinorea.com with your order number, reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation or images if applicable. We'll review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.

Please note that the item must be returned in its original packaging and condition, unopened and unused. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are your responsibility. If your return is approved, we'll initiate a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
