At Skinorea, we take pride in providing a pleasant and efficient delivery experience for our customers. We offer several delivery options to suit individual needs and preferences.
We deliver your package quickly, safely and 5 days a week from Monday to Friday.
We ship the same day if your order is placed before 1pm (except weekends).
All parcels are sent from France, so there are no customs charges for orders from European Union countries.

Please remember: delivery times are the responsibility of our partner carriers. We understand the importance of receiving your products on time and we strive to ensure that your order is delivered within the agreed timescale, but we also depend on the performance of our carriers to achieve this.
Return policy
Skinorea want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free refund policy within 14 days of the purchase date.
To request a refund, please contact us at orders@skinorea.com with your order number, reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation or images, if applicable. Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.
Please note that the following conditions must be met for a refund to be processed:
- The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was received.
- The item must not be opened or used.
- The item must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or a refund.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above criteria.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@skinorea.com.
Parcels returned to sender
If you do not collect your parcel or refuse delivery without first notifying us by email at orders@skinorea.com of your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal (except in exceptional cases, such as a damaged product causing a leak and therefore a damaged parcel), we will process a refund only after receiving the returned parcel. A fee of €7 will be deducted from the total order amount (excluding the original shipping cost) to cover logistical and delivery costs.
In addition, if an order that benefited from conditional free shipping is returned in full, the shipping costs incurred by the company will also be deducted from the refund.
